Entire Contents of Units will be sold at public auction on the date and time of the sale.

Units will be sold as a whole. Bidders bid and buy the whole units.

All bidders must sign in at the office, prior to start of sale.

We accept credit cards and cash only.

Clean up deposit required for all units, and will be announced by the auctioneer. For return of clean-up deposit, buyers must remove contents of the unit bought within three days of sale leaving the unit broom clean and removing all contents from the premises.
